Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Richmond Soccer Club Inc (“the Club”) Reg No: A0004348C to be held on the 14th December 2017 at 7PM at Kevin Bartlett Reserve, FR Smith Drive, Burnley.
The business of the Annual General Meeting shall be:
1. Welcome and approval of register of meeting attendees eligible to vote.
2. To confirm the Minutes from the previous year’s Annual General Meeting.
3. To receive the Committee reports upon the transactions of the Club during the preceding financial year.
4. To receive from the Committee the financial statement submitted by the Club to members in accordance with section 100(1) of the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 (Vic).
5. To receive the Auditors Report and Audited Accounts on the financial affairs of the Club for the last financial year.
6. To elect officers of the Club and the ordinary members of the committee.

Nomination Forms can be obtained from the Secretary of the Club and the said nominations shall be delivered or emailed to the Secretary of the Club at least five (5) days before the Annual General Meeting.
7. To consider any other business.
Refreshments will be served at the conclusion of the AGM, so please plan to stay a short while after the meeting finishes.
