Founded in 1953, the club is currently playing in the top division of Victorian football, the Victorian Premier League.

Home games are played at Kevin Bartlett Reserve, on the corner of F.R. Smith Drive and Botanicca Boulevard in Richmond (Melways ref: 59 A1).

ABOUT RSC

2009 will see Richmond compete in the Foxtel Cup for a fourth successive season, with 2008 seeing the club make the finals for the first time. Michael Chatzitrifonos will coach the senior team for a second season, assisted by Robert Marinkovic.

The Under 21 team, twice runner's-up in the Foxtel Cup Under 21's League, have a new coach in Huss Skenderevic. Huss has assisted the senior coaches in recent years as well as coaching seniors at Heatherton United in 2007.
